Re-invite a former member

What is this?

When a member deletes their Chorilo account, their membership data stays with your choir. The member list then shows No Chorilo account. With Re-invite you send a new invitation link to an email address. Address, voice and bank details are kept.

How to re-invite a former member

1. In the sidebar, click Ensembles, choose your choir and then Members.
2. Open the ··· menu in the member's row.
3. Choose Re-invite.
4. Check the email address. If the member has a contact email on file, it is already filled in.
5. Click Send invitation.

What happens next

• If the address does not belong to a Chorilo account yet, Chorilo creates a new one and sends the invitation there.
• If it belongs to a Chorilo account that is not in your choir, that account takes over the membership and its data.
• If it already belongs to a member of your choir, Chorilo does not send an invitation. Choose a different address.
• Role and permission groups in the choir stay the same, and the member is active again.

Permission

You need the permission Create & edit members. The menu item only appears for members whose account was deleted.
