Member choirs use Chorilo permanently free of charge with all features except cash book and board area and with 50 MB of storage. If a choir needs more, it can upgrade to the full version at any time and gets cash book, board area and unlimited storage with fair use.
- Who has access to which data?
- Each member choir approves data sharing when it joins the association. The association then sees, per choir, the member count, age, voice and gender distribution and the choir's contact address, but no names of individual members. The association only receives names and data of individual singers when the choir itself submits a jubilee application. Without approval, the association sees no data from the choir.
- Do messages really reach every member?
- Yes. Managed associations send messages directly as push notifications and email to every individual member of the member choirs. Members can disable delivery in their settings at any time.
- How quickly is the association set up?
- Setup typically takes a few days. After a short conversation about your structures, application types and data fields, we set up the association and support you in communicating with your member choirs.
- How does membership fee billing work?
- The association enters its fee schedule in Chorilo once. Fees are calculated from the reported membership numbers and billed automatically to member associations and choirs. The association can see at any time which fees are outstanding and which have been paid.
