Subscription overview

What is this?

Under Subscription you see the state of the Chorilo subscription for this choir and handle everything that goes with it.

The page shows:

• Status at the top: active subscription with plan, trial with end date, cancelled with end date, or no active subscription
• Choose a plan, as long as no subscription is active
• Bank Account Connection (add-on for the cash book)
• Sub-Ensembles, if your choir has any
• Invoices from Chorilo at the bottom, with the invoices for the subscription, Pay by Invoice, sheet music, partner titles and performance fees of the choir

With an active subscription, the top shows Open Billing Portal, Switch to yearly plan (for monthly subscriptions) and Cancel subscription.

How to take out a subscription

1. Click Ensembles in the sidebar, pick your choir and then Choir settings.
2. Select Subscription.
3. Click Continue to payment for the plan you want.
4. If your choir's address is missing, enter it in the dialog. It appears on the invoice.
5. Tick Include bank account connection now if needed.
6. Click Subscribe with obligation to pay. The payment runs via Stripe.

After every payment, the person who pays the subscription receives the invoice by email, as a PDF with an embedded e-invoice (ZUGFeRD).

Alternatively, you can pay for a term once by bank transfer via Pay by Invoice. That is not a subscription that renews by itself.

The plans

Without a subscription

After the trial without a subscription, everything stays readable, but creating and changing things is locked until a subscription is active.

In the app

Under Avatar > My Ensembles and your choir, administrators see the Subscription Status with plan and next billing. Taking out and managing a subscription is done on the web.

Permission

Only administrators of the choir can use the subscription page. Only they can take out, change or cancel a subscription.

Tips

• Enter the choir address first under Choir settings > General. Without a complete address you can't take out a subscription.
• The annual subscription saves 20 % compared with twelve monthly payments and enables sub-ensembles.
